Return & Exchange

If products have no quality problem received, they are not allowed for exchanging and returning. If they do have some problems, you can get a 3 months quality guarantee. And please contact our service representative for the returning address before returning via email service@ghdhairuk.com . They will reply you no more than 24 hours.

For exchange

After discussing the problem of your order with our representative, and we agree with your exchange. You can return the parcel to us for exchange. We strongly recommend you to send the returned parcel with insured delivery service. Please don't use TNT or UPS, which will cause high Customs duty. We'll not be responsible for any extra charge caused by Customs.
Please attach a note with the following information：
1) Order Number
2) Product Code/Product Name
3) Details of the reason for your exchange
After we get your retuned parcel, we will contact you. Normally it will lasts for 15-20 working days. Please be notified any shipping fees caused in the returning and re-dispatch will be responsibility of customers.

For return

We can only accept the products in resalable condition. And Like the exchange procession we have stated before, please send your product to us in a right way. After we receive your parcel, we will contact you about receiving. And the refund will be arranged for you. Normally you will get the refund in a week since the notification of the receiving your returned parcel.
If you insist returning our products without good reason, we are sorry that 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund which has been charged by Payment Gateway Company. More details, please contact us by e-mail.

For cancellation

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us at service@ghdhairuk.com ASAP. Our friendly customer service will do all that they can to stop the order from being processed or shipped. .But there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If it is stopped in time before delivery, a 5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. You can return the parcel received for a refund. Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer), we'll arrange a refund (original shipping charges are non-refundable) in 10 working days.
