Shipping & Tracking

We will try our best to send our parcel to you in time with our delivery agent. No matter where you are, the parcel can be sent to you if Parcel Force can reach you. And no fees will be charged as the shipping fee. Normally the delivery time will last for 7-10 days. If some unexpected things happened, we would contact you via email ASAP. And surely, you can also track the status of your parcel by yourself. In 2 working days since you place your order, we will send you a mail including the tracking no and tracking link of your parcel. Then you can track the parcel by yourself. Once you find anything abnormal, you can contact us for the reason.

All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All Parcels will be held for picking up if it not be signed for or delivered. If the held time was too long, they will be returned to us.

Please input the right and detailed shipping address when you place your order. No P.O.box please. All parcels must be signed. So the P.O.box address is unaccepted. If the parcel failed to be sent because of the problem of the address problem, we will not responsible for it.
